I started here unable to do much after having a sacroiliac joint fusion, but with the help of the Arbors at Oregon and The Willows staff and physical therapists, I am capable of doing much more. I worked with physical therapy for 3 weeks and would like to let Rachel know that without her being tough on me, I might not be where I am today. So thank you “Sarge”, you are greatly appreciated.

Recently, I had to have a knee replacement at St. Charles Hospital. I chose to come to Arbors at Oregon afterwards for my rehabilitation. I heard about the new private rooms and that their therapy is the best in the city. I needed to have physical and occupational therapy, after which I was able to return home just under 2 weeks! Overall, the entire staff was very knowledgeable and really knew their area of expertise. The physical therapists did an outstanding job with my therapy. I really couldn’t have asked for anything better! I would highly recommend Arbors at Oregon. Thank you.

I’ve found the staff at Arbors at Oregon to be excellent with care. My call light is always answered in a timely manner. Everyone has a smile on their face. If they can’t do something I ask, they find someone who can. Compared to other experiences, this is Heaven!

The Arbors at Oregon has good physical therapy training. I am an amputee and my good leg has cellulitis. Physical therapy got me stronger. I still have some medical issues that the Doctor is working on but over all things at Arbors went pretty good. The aides (Camille and Loretta) were quick to respond to my needs. Transportation to and from the Arbors for my Doctors’ Appointments and dialysis was good as well. Thank you for all your care and for giving me the help I needed.Sincerely,

After my surgery and stay at St. Charles I needed a rehab and a safe feeling place to quiet my mind.It was the second major surgery in six months. The medications were strong and the conditions chaotic. Arbors at Oregon was recommended and I see why. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The staff was knowledgeable and listened well. They walked me through my rehab. The other patients were complimentary and the general. Good will helped me through my pain and recovery.Thank you!

Staff is very friendly and helpful.I want to thank Loretta on 2nd shift who was very helpful in getting me settled in upon arrival, answered all my questions and made sure I felt very welcome.Thank you!

I want to give a big Thank You to all of the staff at Arbors at Oregon and The Willows during my stay from August 14, 2015 to September 2, 2015. The RNs: Lisa, Cindy and Kasi and the STNAs: Loretta and Camille, work to get the iob done as a great team. A Thank You goes out to Heather and Amber in Housekeeping for keeping the facility clean, especially my room. To Dietary for making the meals flavorful and to OT & PT a Thank You for the consistent therapy to keep me moving. Thanks to Julie, PT on the great tips to keep me moving after I go home. I came to Arbors at Oregon and the Willows with pneumonia. I was here once before and liked everything about them from the nurses to the therapy staff to housekeeping. They are very polite people and helped me get back on my feet. I would recommend them to anybody who needs therapy or nursing care.

My stay was very nice and everyone was considerate. I would recommend it to future patients. Everything was great.

When I first came here to Arbors at Oregon and The Willows for my hip replacement therapy I could not stand. Over the days and weeks, with the help of OT and PT, in 4 weeks I can bare weight on my bad leg and walk with a walker a good distance. I can dress myself and use the bathroom on my own. They are tough but gentle at the same time. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I know I’m in good hands. Also the nurses and aides at the Willows are great; always helpful and willing to listen. I would recommend the Willows for anyone who needs rehab.Sincerely,
